1. Definitions
1.1 “Service” means the website located at texaspro-roofing.com and any roofing-related services offered or referenced by Texas Pro Roofing.
1.2 “User” or “you” means any individual or entity accessing the Service.
1.3 “Content” means all text, images, code, designs, and other material made available through the Service.
1.4 “Operator” means Texas Pro Roofing, contactable at office@texaspro-roofing.com.
2. Acceptance of Terms

Use of the Service for transactional purposes (requesting estimates, scheduling work) requires that you be at least 18 and able to enter into a binding contract.

The Service provides information about residential and commercial roofing services in Texas. Use of this website does not by itself create a contract for services. A binding contract is created only by signed, written agreement between the Operator and the customer.
4. User Conduct & Prohibited Uses
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law;
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service or related systems;
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service;

5. Intellectual Property
All Content on the Service — including the Texas Pro Roofing name and logo, photographs, page text, and underlying code — is owned by or licensed to the Operator and is protected by United States and international intellectual property laws. You receive no license to such Content other than the limited right to view it through the Service.

THE OPERATOR DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE, THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED, OR THAT THE SERVICE OR ANY SERVER MAKING IT AVAILABLE IS FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
8. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL THE OPERATOR, ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE) THE SERVICE, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE) OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY.
9. Changes to Terms
The Operator may modify these Terms at any time by posting a revised version on the Service with a new “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the Service after such posting constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in California, USA, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts. If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect (severability).
